About the Author: Named by US Magazine as “The Duke of Divorce,” Raoul Felder is an American lawyer who specializes in matrimonial cases. Felder has written numerous books on the subject of negotiation, matrimonial law, and political and social issues. Recent titles include the following: “Encyclopedia of Matrimonial Cases” (2003) and “The Good Divorce: How to Walk Away Financially Sound and Emotionally Happy” (2011). Felder also writes legal articles as well as editorials for major business magazines. Listed in New York Law Journal’s 100 Most Powerful Lawyers, Felder was born in Brooklyn, New York.
