About the Author: Rosamund Zander is a family therapist and executive coach; she speaks on the subject of leadership and the pursuit of effective action. Zander believes that creativity is an innate characteristic specific to adult capacity. Zander’s goal is to help people pursue more effective personal and professional relationships through nventive
coaching and creative techniques. Zander works with multiple corporations and organizations and she has been featured on CBS’s 60 Minutes and in the Parade Magazine. Zander completed a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and a master’s degree from Boston University’s School of Social Work. Zander currently operates a private practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Benjamin Zander is currently the conductor of the Boston Philharmonic. He has served as a guest conductor for multiple symphonies around the world; he frequently gives performances at the Philharmonia Orchestra of London. For more than thirty years, he has taught at the New England Conservatory in Boston and currently runs a music program at the Walnut Hill School dedicated to young performing artists. Benjamin Zander trained under Benjamin Britten and Imogen Holst; trained as a cellist in Italy and Germany; and completed postgraduate studies at Harvard University. Benjamin Zander received the Crystal Award at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
